MEP consultation
MEP Designer role : MCFEW can offer complete solution for MEP system design requirements for both Electrical & Mechanical Scopes. also we will handle tender preparations including RFP, Design Drawings, Specifications & BOQ. If any field of specialisation is required in a particular discipline based on nature of the scope and as a part of employer’s requirement. Our team is happy to work with or oursource such expertise whenever required while maintaining the constant overlook during the project implementation period.
MEP Design
Project Coordinator Role: When the client wants to have a project management technical support during the implementation stage. MCFEW can assist based on the requirement such as, contractors’ proposal evaluation & selection, material & methods statement approval, participating technical meetings and carrying out site inspections, system inspections before pre-commissioning.
Technical Support
T&C Role: This is an integral part of the project that has to be carried out before taking over the building by client. MCFEW will undertake system checking & verifying each system in line with the design & specification, carry out pre-commissioning testing and finally system testing & commissioning.
